Makerspace - equipment and lab reservations

The larger equipment and our two interactive labs are free to use after completing our introductory training but do require reservations. If the equipment or labs are not in use, you may reserve on site. We do limit reservations to ensure equity of use. The equipment and labs are available beginning at 9 AM and close 30 minutes before our closing time. Use the links below to place your reservation today.

If you are working on your preliminary design in the space, only book time on the equipment for actual production time.

A signed Assumption of Risk (AoR) form is required for all individuals using equipment and labs in the makerspace. Customers age 12-17 must have an AoR signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to independently using the virtual reality or audio/video labs.

• Epilog Fusion Edge - 24" x 12" cutting area

Lab Reservations

• Augmented and Virtual Reality Lab
  The AR/VR Lab is only bookable for purposes that require use of the virtual reality equipment in that lab. Reservations for meeting, work, or study space are not permitted.
• Audio/Video Lab
  The A/V Lab is only bookable for purposes that require use of the audio and video equipment in that lab - audio recording/editing, video editing, and Roland keyboard use. Reservations for meeting, work, or study space are not permitted.
